Equestrian Position(s)
From January 2008:
TRAINER:
Person required for Breaking & Training young horses, must have a broad range of experience in handling young horses and training them, bringing them up to a high standard for riding, shows and jumping. Accomodation can be provided.
This position also involves taking in Horses and Ponies from field, Feeding, Grooming, Tacking up, Turning out and Stable Maintenance / Mucking out.

From March / April 2008
GUIDE:
Person required to take out Tourist Trail Rides and care for Horses,for Summer 2008;
This Seasonal position involves taking in Horses and Ponies from field, Feeding, Grooming, Tacking up, Tuition, Briefing, Trail Guiding, Turning out and Stable Maintenance / Mucking out.

Driving Position(s)
Applicants must have a Full Clean Driving License; B & C Category.
25 years of age + (due to Insurance)
Must have adequate knowledge of driving on Irish Roads
Accomodation may be provided.
Applicant must be able to speak and understand english fluently

Bar Staff Position (seasonal)
Experienced Bar & Waiting Staff.
Accomodation may be provided.
Applicant must have prior experience in a Bar and be able to speak english fluently

Restaurant Staff (seasonal)
Experienced Waiting Staff.
Accomodation may be provided.
Applicant must have prior experience in waiting and be able to speak english fluently

Kitchen (seasonal) opportunities
Experienced Kitchen Staff - Chef / Cook.
Accomodation may be provided.
Applicant must have prior experience in a Kitchen and be able to speak english fluently
